Christmas Tree, Alley by David Schalliol
From the artist: "Christmas Tree, Alley" was taken on the north side of Phoenix, Arizona, where the city gives way to an amalgam of residential neighborhoods, small farms and the desert. Here, the keepers of a small horse stable decorated a tree at the back of their property for themselves -- and the occasional traveler down their underused alley. With just a few streetlights around, the tree was a beacon in the night."
