James Galpin

From the artist: "I am an architect and a photographer; in differing proportions each day. My inspiration comes from a deep rooted enjoyment of visual geometries and spacial experiences.

"Photography plays an important role for me in keeping my imagination fluid and immediate.

"I love capturing huge landscapes and tiny details and am continually amused by the lack of control I have when photographing architecture, which, within my mind is completely under my control."
